Over 1000 entries were received in response to Kings Park’s call-out for Perth children’s drawings and paintings of native pollinators to be featured in Lightscape’s ‘Lantern Luminance’ installation. 88 wonderful artworks created by local kids from kindy to secondary school age were chosen to appear on the lanterns, giving them the chance to be part of the Lightscape event and see their illuminated artwork on display. The decorated lanterns will create a colourful field of creatures and critters that ‘can’t live without you’ and showcase this special collaborative opportunity.
